This is a calm shop located in a seaside town, and it has a very comfortable atmosphere. There are both a counter and tatami seating, and the bright ambiance encourages lively conversation. The omakase sushi allows you to choose your favorite toppings, and each time it arrives, it brings excitement. The freshly grilled anago (conger eel) is fragrant and fluffy, and the flavor of the sauce is just right, making me happy. The melting sea urchin has a wonderful nori (seaweed) aroma, and the tuna has a striking richness. Additionally, the miso soup made with shrimp heads allows you to fully enjoy its umami with the recommended way of eating, leaving me satisfied until the end.

There are tatami rooms and a counter, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. The sushi has smaller rice balls, which balance well with the toppings and are easy to eat. The grilled anago (conger eel) is fluffy and pairs perfectly with the slightly sweet sauce, making it the best. The sea urchin is creamy with a pleasant seaweed aroma, and the shellfish is full of flavor. The botan shrimp is sweet and fresh, and the head can be enjoyed in miso soup. The staff kindly taught me the tips for eating, and the conversation made for a warm and pleasant time.
