It is located in a place that is easy to walk to from the station, and the old-fashioned atmosphere is pleasant. They grill eel right on the spot, and the savory smell is exciting. The eel from Shizuoka is firm, and it pairs very well with the mild sauce. The Nara pickles and clam miso soup are also carefully prepared, making it easy to keep eating. There is a variety of snacks and side dishes available, so you can enjoy a quick drink or a full meal. The lingering aroma left a memorable taste that continued all the way home.
