A long-established eel restaurant that has been in business for 50 years serving live domestic eel. Aioizakura Hon Mirin (sweet cooking rice with mirin)," a pure rice aged for three years, is used in the secret sauce to bring out the natural sweetness. The eel is grilled using Yamagata Prefecture's first-class rice, "Tsuyahime," and Kishu binchotan charcoal. The chic and modern restaurant is equipped with Japanese-style table seating and private rooms recommended for banquets.
