Upon entering, the interior of the restaurant is spacious, and both the counter and tatami seating allow for a relaxing experience. The owner warmly welcomes you, making it a comfortable place to spend time even with children. The sashimi is fresh, not only featuring tuna and sweet shrimp but also cherry salmon and surf clams, with the scent of the sea spreading with every bite. The fried anglerfish and chicken thigh are surprisingly large, with a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. Dishes like butter-infused steamed clams and cheese-filled potato balls are consistently delicious, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. Together with a locally brewed sake poured generously into a tokkuri, I was able to enjoy a variety of dishes until the very end.
