The interior has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to relax at the table seats. The dipping sauce has a pleasant aroma and a gentle sweetness that pairs well with the soba. The 100% buckwheat soba is rich in fragrance, refreshing, and has a nice chewiness. The creamy soba broth is also comforting. You can enjoy a light drink with snacks like yuba, itawasa, and shirasu oroshi. The mushroom ankake seiro also piques my interest, and combined with the attentive service, it is a satisfying restaurant.
