As you pass through the entrance, you are enveloped in a quiet atmosphere and soft lighting, allowing you to relax. You can choose from the side dishes lined up at the counter, and it's delightful that they take a little extra care before serving. The porridge, in particular, has a delicate saltiness that gradually spreads its deliciousness. The Mieoka tofu paired perfectly with the gentle sweetness of milk and the smooth wasabi sauce. The fluffy, chewy rice wrapped in leaves, infused with the aroma of anago (conger eel) and beans, is irresistible. The staff's explanations are kind, and the conversation is enjoyable, while the sweet potato dessert was elegant and delicious, reminiscent of yokan (a type of Japanese sweet).
