It feels like a hidden gem in a back alley, and the atmosphere inside is lively. Not only is the whale, which is the specialty, but all the creative dishes that mix Japanese and Western styles are carefully prepared and delicious. The basics are solid, and even the fundamental dish like pickles is satisfying. It pairs well with alcohol, and you can enjoy it even without choosing whale. The omelette rice topped with runny eggs has a unique flavor that brings a smile to your face. The staff is also friendly, providing explanations, suggesting off-menu items, and even adding a little surprise to the experience.
