When you enter the shop, you see makeshift chairs made from beer cases lined up, and the lively atmosphere makes you excited. First, I order a draft beer, and as I snack on grilled meat and offal, the rich sauce and garlic flavor make it go down easily. I'm happy to see a large bottle of Sapporo Red Star, and its crisp bitterness is perfect for the standing bar vibe. After that, I choose a one-cup sake, which has a relaxed taste that helps me unwind. Eating the grilled takoyaki with a rich dashi flavor and chopped garlic is surprisingly stimulating and addictive. The styrofoam plates reminiscent of food stalls and the unique menu displays are also fun, making it the best standing bar where everyone can drink casually and enjoyably.
