The eight-inch dish featured delicious homemade mochi-style red miso dengaku. The sea bream sashimi was tender and plump, making it very tasty. The simmered dish was lightly seasoned. The rice with baby sardines was soft. I prefer it a bit firmer. The dessert was strawberry and navel orange wine jelly, which I loved. The sesame tofu with black syrup is a delightful dish that I don't usually get to eat. The owner was very kind and, despite the meal taking a long time, she interacted with us cheerfully. In the end, the chef saw us off in front of the restaurant. This is a place I would recommend for enjoying Japanese cuisine.
