The calm interior centered around the counter has a tatami room, making it comfortable. The staff are friendly, creating an atmosphere that is easy to blend into whether you are a regular or a first-time visitor. The sashimi platter of the day, the salad with Jerusalem artichokes, and the yam strips with dipping soy sauce are all very delicious. The grilled fish, directly shipped from Hokkaido, such as salmon belly and herring with roe, is fragrant and pairs well with grated daikon. The corn tempura and goya champuru are also flavorful, and the sweet potato sticks drizzled with honey are a delightful dish. There are many drink options, including sake, shochu, chuhai, and craft beer, and the clear menu display is reassuring.

The counter is the centerpiece, and there are also tatami rooms where you can relax. The staff is friendly, and you can quickly feel at home even if it's your first time. The small dish that came out first was very delicious, raising my expectations. The sashimi platter had fresh mackerel and bonito, and you can really taste the umami. The simmered chicken offal is well-seasoned, and the liver is moist and satisfying. You can enjoy dried fish unique to the manager from Hokkaido, as well as dishes rich in dashi, and the menu is easy to understand.
