It's a small shop with only a counter, where you can spend your time in a relaxed manner. The dough is thin yet chewy, and it has a fluffy edge that rises when baked. You can see the dough being stretched in front of you and then spun in the air, which is a bit exciting. The richness and stretchiness of the Maribo cheese is pleasant, and the tomatoes nicely bring together the overall flavor. There are many types of toppings available, allowing for a lot of freedom in combinations according to your preferences. There are also sets that come with salads and desserts, making it a place where you can enjoy yourself in a casual atmosphere.
