There is a wide selection of soba noodles from a variety of regions, with Hiroshima and Fukui Maruoka being particularly good. There is also a wide selection of sake snacks, including firefly squid from the bay, which is rich and delicious. The restaurant is small, with a one-seat counter and a relaxed atmosphere. The owner has turned to soba (buckwheat noodles), and his thoughtful menu and attentive service are appealing. Reservations are required, but this is a must-visit restaurant for Soba lovers.
