The interior is bright and clean, and you can choose from seats like the counter or tatami mats, making it a relaxing place. The specialty, simmered offal udon, arrives bubbling in a clay pot, and it was exciting just to look at. The chewy handmade thick udon is filled with tender offal, shrimp tempura, narutomaki, green onions, and plenty of eggs. The miso-based broth is accented with garlic and chili, making it so delicious that you can't help but want to drink the soup. Adding extra chili increases the spiciness, further stimulating your appetite. By the time I finished eating, I felt warm all the way to my core and stood up from my seat feeling happy.
