The interior is bright and clean, and sitting at the counter is calming. It's fun to choose recommendations from the handwritten menu board. The beef and garlic chives liver is slightly rare and has no unpleasant smell, perfectly complementing the crunchy vegetables. The bluefin tuna sashimi has a rich flavor, and I also enjoyed the crunchy texture of the shellfish. The grilled silver cod and the grilled flounder are both thick and satisfying to eat. The pleasant conversation with the modest chef is comfortable, and it encourages me to enjoy more drinks.

The interior is new and clean, with a bright atmosphere. Right at the entrance, there is a counter where the staff warmly guides you. They say they do not use frozen fish for their sashimi, and the tuna, octopus, and live whelk are very fresh. When combined with mountain wasabi, the squid's aroma stands out, and its crunchy texture is irresistible. Among the grilled dishes, the grilled silver cod with Saikyo miso and the fluffy komai are fragrant and pair well together. Several types of soy sauce are also available, and the kombu soy sauce enhances the deliciousness of the sashimi.
