Upon entering the restaurant, you are warmly welcomed by a female master who carefully cooks in front of the iron plate. The soba-filled meat pancake highlights the richness of the pork belly and the sweetness of the spring cabbage, and it is delicious even with a modest amount of sauce. The outside is crispy and fragrant, while the inside is fluffy, and I was impressed by the skillful control of the heat. The salt yakisoba is coated with a light film of oil, and alternating bites with the sauce-flavored okonomiyaki makes for a delightful change in taste. The noodles are boiled fresh with each order, giving them a pleasant chewiness that pairs well with the ingredients. It is always bustling, but takeout is also available, allowing you to enjoy authentic flavors easily at home.
