Beyond the window, Lake Shikotsu spreads out, and I am enchanted by the scenery. From the calm seating, I can also see the mountain range, allowing for a leisurely time. The curry is served in a special dish, and the aroma of the carefully simmered dish is delightful, making me very satisfied. The stir-fried noodles with sauce are packed with ingredients, including plenty of seafood and vegetables, and the rich soy sauce base is addictive. Vinegar is also served, and the refreshing taste of apple vinegar makes it fun to change the flavor. While gazing at the lake, I can slowly enjoy delicious food, which makes me feel happy.
