The counter is the centerpiece, and there are also raised seating areas in the back. The style is omakase, with hot skewers being served one after another. The batter is light, and many of the items are bite-sized, making it easy to keep eating. The creative ingredients, such as corn, minced meat, quail bacon, and grated taro, are enjoyable. Seasonings like sauce, salt, and ponzu are provided, and you can also request mayonnaise according to your preference. The selection of sake is also substantial, and I was satisfied with the finishing touches of rice balls and miso soup.
