In the dining area within the hot spring facility, you can enjoy a leisurely meal. The fresh chirimen (tiny dried sardines) is the highlight, and the scent of the sea wafts through, bringing happiness. The chirimen rice bowl is delicious whether topped with an egg or enjoyed as is, and the variation in flavors is exciting. The chirimen tempura and kakiage (mixed tempura) are crispy, releasing umami with every bite. Small chirimen are also included in the chawanmushi (savory egg custard) and clear soup, creating a sense of unity. There is also a rice bowl that allows you to enjoy three types of chirimen at once, providing a high level of satisfaction.
