At a sake brewery in Yame, the sake from the historic storehouse is very impressive. The signboard 'Shiranami' has an aroma that spreads like fruit, making you excited even before you drink it. The cloudy Daiginjo is light, with a hint of sweetness, and the aftertaste disappears smoothly. The moderate effervescence is also pleasant, making home drinking even more enjoyable. You can feel the blessings of the pure water from Chikugo, and the careful craftsmanship is commendable. There is a depth unique to a long-established brewery, and it pairs naturally with snacks, making the cups flow easily.
