I am happy with the carefully selected domestic ingredients and additive-free dishes. The Japanese-style braised pork rice has a gentle sweetness that seeps into the rice, and the aroma is elegant and very easy to eat. The pork is thick and tender, with diced pieces included, and the flavor spreads no matter where you scoop. The crunchy texture of the fresh konjac and the carefully prepared ingredients like shiitake mushrooms, kelp, and bamboo shoots are enjoyable. The Japanese-style hot pot is also packed with ingredients, harmonizing the essence of Japan with the aroma of Taiwan. You can feel the effort put into each dish, and it brought a sense of calm with its gentle flavor.
