There are many types of dishes, and they all lift my spirits. The grilled Hinai chicken is particularly impressive, being fragrant and juicy. The appetizer is also elaborate, featuring a dish using tonburi and iburi gakkō, which is delightful. There are skewers topped with a soft-boiled egg, a dish reminiscent of shrimp gratin, and even a hot pot with kiritanpo, so you can enjoy it without getting bored. For the finale, you can also enjoy oyakodon or Inaniwa udon, and the umami of the broth is distinctly felt. There is also takeout fried chicken, which has a light seasoning that allows you to savor the texture of the chicken thoroughly.
