You can enjoy both Hiroshima-style and Kansai-style, and the menu is quite extensive. They also have monjayaki, yakisoba, and teppanyaki, making it hard to decide what to choose. They bring the finished dishes to your table, and the aroma of the freshly cooked food is irresistible. I'm happy that Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki can be made with udon noodles, and the balance of ingredients like cabbage, pork, and tenkasu is satisfying. Changing the flavor with sauce and mayonnaise, and combining it with bonito flakes and aonori makes it even more delicious. The calm atmosphere of the traditional interior and the warm vibe where regular customers gather is also comforting.
