They handle domestic wagyu beef, which you can trust for its quality. The thick meat has little excess fat and is impressively tender, almost falling apart before you even bite into it. The offal is plump and juicy, with a sweetness that spreads in your mouth. There are both soy sauce-based and miso-based sauces, which is great because you can choose according to your preference. The stone-grilled bibimbap has a wonderful aroma, and the crispy bits at the bottom are so enjoyable that you can't stop using your spoon. The interior has a nostalgic atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner.
