I was impressed with the atmosphere and service at the restaurant, but felt that the food was a little lacking in quality. The meat was tender, light, and gentle in flavor, although I was disappointed that an iron plate was not used. I especially liked the selection of salad dressing and the care felt in the red miso soup. It would be nice to be able to taste a little more of the degree of grilling of the steak and the hotness of the teppanyaki. The blackcurrant sherbet and coffee for dessert were also delicious.
