The okonomiyaki grilled on a teppan has crispy edges and a soft center. The noodles used are of high quality, cooked just right, and blend well with the dish. The sauce is a rare type in this area, generously applied from the start, with a clear flavor. Although a spatula is not provided, you can eat with chopsticks, and the staff's friendly service made for a pleasant experience.
