The lighting and interior are very sophisticated, and it feels comfortable. I love the atmosphere where I can relax at the counter seats. The colorful donuts are cute, and I can't help but want to take pictures of them. The hazelnut donut is fragrant and very delicious. I'm also satisfied with the aquapazza made with sea bream from Setouchi and the carefully crafted sweets. The Mont Blanc ice cream with a hint of rum and the enjoyment of pairing fresh chocolate with cognac are also wonderful.

I made a reservation using the "auto reserve" service, which I was worried about because it was AI-based reservation and some online information said it was not possible to make a reservation, but it was done. When we visited the restaurant on the day of our visit, there was a huge line, but since we had already made a reservation, we were able to enter the restaurant without waiting in line, which was great.
The okonomiyaki had more bean sprouts and a flavor of stir-fried vegetables, but both the soba and udon were delicious. I learned that tonpei-yaki is different from Kansai's. I think it is a B-class gourmet food, so it is not extremely delicious, but it is satisfying enough.

There were parts of meat that I had never eaten before, and the owner was easy to talk to, making it a fun experience. I came to try the koune, but all the meat was delicious. The fried rice is also tasty, so I recommend it. Reservations are a must. This is definitely a place I want to visit again when I go to Hiroshima.

The Mojito, Gin and Tonic, and Martini are also carefully crafted, making you want to order one after another. For snacks, there are Umaibo and free curry, along with handmade pickled turnips and clear soup by the VTuber staff, all of which pair excellently. Sometimes, customers present join in for karaoke, creating an atmosphere where you can quickly feel at ease, even if it's your first time. It has a comforting ambiance that makes it safe for women drinking alone, and it's a wonderful place where you can easily lose track of time and enjoy yourself.
