Freshly aged large yellowtail weighing over 10kg is cut thickly and is only available in season.

We only handle heifers that have been slaughtered for less than 3 days. Experience the chewy and savory taste of beef sashimi~

Prepared with finger-sized fresh anchovies from Busan, cleaned and cooked in the same way that fishermen on board used to eat.
