Nishiyama Coffee, located in front of Himeji Castle, is a long-established coffee bean specialty store and is situated along Route 2. The store features a red sign, which can be seen from the car. The coffee here is carefully made with "persistence" and "love" as its starting point, and you can feel their enthusiasm. The aroma is sweet, full-bodied and balanced. Even black coffee does not feel bitter. You can order online, but we would definitely like you to visit the store and talk with the owner.
