This is a soba restaurant located in a corner of a residential area just off Route 8. The walls are covered with many menu postings, and you can choose from not only soba and udon but also rice bowls, set meals, Chinese soba, and tanmen. The mori soba is cooked to a firm texture, which pairs well with the spicy dipping sauce. The pork cutlet in the mini katsudon set is tender, and eating it together with the soba provides a satisfying experience. The ramen has a fragrant broth made from bonito flakes and kelp, and the noodles are smooth, while the beef bowl features melt-in-your-mouth beef simmered in sauce, which is delicious. The restaurant is also active in delivery and has a warm atmosphere loved by the community, making it a place you can easily drop by.
