The building has a beautiful Japanese atmosphere, and I feel excited even before entering. There are both table and tatami seating, allowing for a relaxed experience. First, a small salad is served, which can be enjoyed with a refreshing dressing. The grated soba is topped with shrimp on the grated daikon, making it visually appealing as well. The dipping sauce is light and fragrant, and the soba has a smooth texture that goes down easily. It's also enjoyable to watch the noodle-making process through the glass, and there are many options for udon and soba, making it hard to choose.
