I enjoyed the chef's skills up close at a comfortable counter. My expectations soared as I was shown beautiful ingredients before cooking. The grilled Ise lobster and live abalone, roasted over charcoal, stood out with their rich flavors. The melting Matsusaka beef fillet paired perfectly with seasonal vegetables. The satisfaction continued with rice coated in liver sauce and the final monaka dessert. The calm space where I could relax in my yukata after the hot spring was also appealing.
