This is a restaurant located in Demachiyanagi, Kyoto, and from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was soft and calming. The cheerful owner welcomed me, and I felt excited even before sitting down. Each piece of sushi had fresh ingredients, and the rice melted softly in my mouth, perfectly complementing the toppings. The flavors of the shrimp, sea urchin, and crab were memorable, making me nod in appreciation. You can feel the creativity in each piece, and the more I ate, the happier I became. The conversation was enjoyable, and it was a wonderful place that made me feel comfortable.
