Qing Congee Xiao Cai Ming the other day. I asked for my usual course. ◉Cantonese congee ◉4 kinds of homemade dim sum White egg kikurage mushrooms, fresh cabbage, meat baked rice cakes ◉Golden rice cakes ◉Firefly squid marinated in rice wine ◉Steamed shark's fin with fugu milk sauce ◉Back of the Moon Bear with Soy Bean Sauce Served with steamed bread ◉Seasonal oysters with scallion sauce ◉Tar Tsai with crabmeat sauce ◉Fried rice with baby sardines ◉Hong Kong style egg tart ◉Apricot bean curd I couldn't resist the shark's fin in a decadent milk sauce and added some white rice. What a delicious dish 🥺. Thanks again for a satisfying dinner 😊.

The appearance and interior give the impression of a high-end Japanese restaurant, and the dishes are served only as a course. The pickled mustard greens are available for unlimited refills, and many customers ask for more multiple times. The skin of the Peking duck is chewy and pairs excellently with cucumber. The clams marinated in Shaoxing wine are large and exquisite. The steamed and baked grouper is also fluffy, and the combination of the special sauce with green onions and cilantro is great. This restaurant can be said to be the best among the many Chinese restaurants I have eaten at in Osaka.
