Upon entering the store, a stylish and calm atmosphere spreads out, making me feel excited. First, a fragrant herbal tea was served, providing a relaxing start. The Ayurvedic curry plate allows you to choose between basmati or Koshihikari rice, so you can enjoy it according to your mood. The colorful vegetable side dishes arranged around the plate are all gently combined with spices, which is irresistible for vegetable lovers. The biryani comes with a light curry sauce, and changing the flavor midway enhances the depth of taste. Overall, it is Sri Lankan cuisine that offers not only stimulation but also a smoothness, and I felt completely satisfied even with the tea after the meal.
