Two types of sauce and sansho pepper are provided, allowing you to adjust the sweetness and sharpness to your liking. The tempura rice bowl features shrimp and white fish, both perfectly crispy, and the separately served shungiku, pumpkin, and eggplant also have a light texture that can be enjoyed. There are also dishes like hitsumabushi, and a rice bowl topped with eel, crab, scallops, salmon roe, and sea urchin, offering interesting flavor combinations that make you want to keep eating. Each table has pots of warm and cold hojicha, allowing for a leisurely dining experience.
