Located a little deeper from the street, it has a calming atmosphere. The oven visible over the counter is reassuring, and the aroma of baking stimulates the appetite. A selection of natural wines is available, and you can enjoy labels you encounter for the first time. The fennel and orange salad and burrata are well-balanced in flavor and leave a lasting impression. The pizza dough is elastic, moist yet does not crumble, and the pairing of the red apple confiture and gorgonzola is outstanding. A dish of white asparagus cooked in the oven and mussels steamed in wine also have a delightful aroma that lifts the spirits.
