The simple and calming atmosphere is pleasant, allowing for a leisurely time. The beef pho has a gentle aroma of beef broth, and the thin rice noodles slide down smoothly. A squeeze of lemon, along with cilantro and bean sprouts, enhances the fragrance and freshness, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The fresh spring rolls and fried spring rolls offer a fun contrast in texture and can be enjoyed with a tangy dipping sauce. The stir-fried eggplant has a mild umami flavor and a gentle aftertaste. There are various condiments available to customize to your liking, and it's great that you can also order banh mi.
