I am very happy to be able to taste the ham made in the workshop right there. The café has tables and a counter, making it easy to sit down. The lunch set includes various hams and vegetables, along with either bread or rice, plus coffee and dessert, which is very satisfying. I appreciate that the vegetable dressing is served separately, allowing me to adjust it to my liking. The bacon has a sweet flavor from the belly fat, and lightly grilling it enhances its aroma. The staff's smiles are pleasant, and it was nice to be able to taste the flavors with a sample.
