The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the staff's cheerful greetings are pleasant. The first dish served is carefully prepared, with homemade yuba tofu and sautéed chicken hearts being particularly impressive. The sashimi platter is cut thick, fresh, and satisfying to eat. The grilled bonito tataki has a wonderful aroma and is very delicious. The tempura of wild vegetables is crispy and enjoyable in terms of fragrance. Cold Premium Malts and highballs pair well with the dishes, allowing for a relaxed and satisfying experience.

Shabu-shabu nabe" uses clams from Kuwana, Mie Prefecture, which is famous throughout Japan for its clams. Put the clams in the special seafood broth and wait one minute for the lid to pop open, and you're ready to eat! The clam meat has a milky taste and is also very effective in beautifying the skin! The zosui (rice with rice porridge) with plenty of clam extract is the best!
