There are many types of sashimi and skewers, and the seasoning is gentle with just the right amount of salt. The skewers come out quickly, and I was satisfied with the aroma of the heart, tongue, and liver. In particular, the pork miso is a must-try dish, and you can also enjoy fried river shrimp, yam tempura, and chicken wing dumplings. It tends to get crowded, so it's reassuring to make a reservation if you want to secure a seat.
