It's close to the station, and the savory aroma wafts outside, making you want to go in. It's a small shop centered around a counter, and it's fun to watch the grilling in front of the charcoal fire. The chicken heart, liver, neck, tsukune (chicken meatballs), and asparagus rolls are all crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making them delicious. They go well with both salt and sauce, and adding a bit of the special miso from the table really enhances the flavor. The ordering style is done by writing on paper, which makes it easy and straightforward to order. The chicken soup has a gentle flavor, and you can enjoy it until the very end.
