Being close to the market, all the fish are very fresh and aromatic. The sashimi platter, in particular, was thick and made me feel happy with every slice. The red meat of the medium fatty tuna bowl was glossy, and it melted softly in my mouth, pairing perfectly with the rice. The yellowtail fish head soup had a rich umami flavor that made me want to cradle the bowl. The fried horse mackerel was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, providing a delightful delicate texture reminiscent of being half-cooked. I could easily place orders using the touch panel, and the waiting time was filled with excitement.
