This is a calm counter shop located inside Toyosu Market. The sashimi platter is exceptionally fresh, with thick slices that are satisfying to eat. The miso soup, flavored with clam broth, has a wonderful aroma and brings happiness from the very first sip. The chilled tofu is topped with myoga, adding a crisp texture that provides a nice accent. The rice has just the right firmness, and when paired with seaweed, it is a perfect match. You can enjoy seafood such as tuna, flounder, and scallops, and the beautiful presentation of the dishes elevates the mood.
