The aroma of charcoal spreads as the grilled chicken is cooked to perfection, making it very delicious. Both the salt and the sauce bring out their respective qualities, allowing you to enjoy the differences with each skewer. The liver is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, making you involuntarily smile. The hand-formed tsukune releases the savory flavor of the meat with every bite, providing a sense of satisfaction. The crunchy texture of the potato salad and the miso-based offal stew are also great accents. The gentle spice of the curry and green curry is pleasant and pairs perfectly with the drinks.
