The fluffy and creamy omelet is exquisite, and the feeling of it falling apart gently when picked up with chopsticks is irresistible. The elegant and light broth pairs perfectly, allowing you to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. It's delicious on its own, and it's also fun to change the flavor with salt or sauce. You can see the dynamic way it is flipped at the grill, which adds to the excitement while you wait. The cozy interior of the restaurant, along with the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, is very pleasant. They also prepare cold broth, making it enjoyable to share and savor together.
