Located near Hachinohe Station, this restaurant has a calm interior with a pleasant wooden texture. The creativity is evident from the small plates that come out first, and the wild vegetables and dishes are carefully prepared and exciting. The omakase dishes, including homemade karasumi, non-fishy bonito tataki, and sea bream topped with sea urchin, are all well-balanced. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) combines yuba (tofu skin) and anago (conger eel) with blue cheese, surprising with its gentle creaminess and richness from the soy milk. For the final dish, the sushi rolls allow you to choose from horse mackerel or grilled mackerel, and the chewy and slightly crunchy texture of the purple black rice pairs perfectly, leaving a refreshing aftertaste even with good fat content. You can spend your time quietly while enjoying various local sake, and the combinations with the dishes are interesting.
