Hearing that it has been loved for a long time, I was excited to visit the restaurant where the aroma of charcoal spreads throughout the interior. Watching the skewers being grilled over the counter was enjoyable, and the particularly fragrant chicken skin and liver made my heart dance. The fluffy tsukune and the plump meat had a light texture, making them delicious enough to keep eating more. The grilled rice balls, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, had a simple flavor that was perfect for finishing the meal. The bright and clean space was not too noisy, allowing me to enjoy my meal leisurely, which was delightful. Thanks to the staff's skilled techniques and friendly atmosphere, I was able to spend a fulfilling time without any stress until the end.
