The counter is arranged around the kitchen, and it's exciting to see the cooking right in front of you. The signature dish, Hayashi curry, had a wonderful blend of spice aroma and a hint of sweetness, making it very delicious. The thinly sliced beef and onions paired well with the roux, and the balance with the rice was perfect. It came with a salad in a glass and cute pickles, making it visually enjoyable as well. The homemade mini ice cream served after the meal had a firm texture, and the pistachio flavor left a refreshing aftertaste. The staff was efficient, and the atmosphere was warm, allowing us to fully enjoy our curry time.
