Senba is located along Hakken Street in Kawaguchi and is famous for its grilled offal and sashimi. The tenderness of the offal and the exquisite seasoning are its pride, especially the ginger and green onion harmonized 'gatsu-shoga' and the melt-in-your-mouth upper tongue sashimi are exceptional. The warm hospitality is also pleasant, and each visit brings new discoveries and satisfaction.

Here, all the hormone dishes are delicious, and I feel happy every time I eat them. The raw hormone has no strong taste and feels very fresh. The stews are served in small plates from the beginning, making them easy to eat right away. The skewers offer a variety of options, and it's exciting that the combinations change daily. The small snacks of the day, such as thick fried tofu and potato salad, have a unique flavor that you can only find here. The staff is attentive and quickly notices when you need a drink, and I also recommend the tomato drink.
