Founded in the first year of the Kaei era (1848), it became the first 'all pure rice brewery' after the war and is a pioneer of pure rice sake. Believing in the importance of 'the compatibility of sake and food' and that 'aging is essential for pure rice sake,' it ages various types for at least three years at different temperature ranges. Its smooth and deep flavor is loved by sake fans nationwide as 'sake that is delicious when warmed,' and it pairs especially well with eel, making it a fine sake that we confidently recommend.
